At NAGAPARAMESWARA KNIT GARMENTS, we strive to maintain consistent quality across all our products. This policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be considered.

  1. Due to the nature of innerwear products, returns are not accepted once goods are sold or delivered, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.
  2. Any manufacturing defect or damage must be reported within a reasonable time from the date of delivery, along with proper proof such as images or batch details.
  3. Products will be inspected by our quality team before approving any return or replacement request.
  4. Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
  5. In cases where a defect is confirmed, PKS may offer a replacement of the same product or an adjustment in future orders, subject to availability.
  6. Cash refunds are generally not provided. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment or as a credit note, at the discretion of the management.
  7. Shipping or transportation charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  8. PKS is not responsible for damages or delays caused during transit by third-party transport services.
  9. All return, replacement, or refund decisions made by NAGAPARAMESWARA KNIT GARMENTS management shall be final and binding.
