At NAGAPARAMESWARA KNIT GARMENTS, we strive to maintain consistent quality across all our products. This policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be considered.
- Due to the nature of innerwear products, returns are not accepted once goods are sold or delivered, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.
- Any manufacturing defect or damage must be reported within a reasonable time from the date of delivery, along with proper proof such as images or batch details.
- Products will be inspected by our quality team before approving any return or replacement request.
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
- In cases where a defect is confirmed, PKS may offer a replacement of the same product or an adjustment in future orders, subject to availability.
- Cash refunds are generally not provided. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment or as a credit note, at the discretion of the management.
- Shipping or transportation charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- PKS is not responsible for damages or delays caused during transit by third-party transport services.
- All return, replacement, or refund decisions made by NAGAPARAMESWARA KNIT GARMENTS management shall be final and binding.
